A project evolves from a client’s vision, environment and goals. We are partners with our clients and have consistently developed valued relationships that have extended well-beyond project completion.

Construction projects can be intrusive in the short-term, so Masterworks is committed to maintaining minimal community impact and maximum value and satisfaction. We take great pride in our effort to minimize our impact on you and your neighborhood during construction. For example, our job sites are kept clean on a daily basis. When applicable we enclose our projects with screened fencing to reduce impact around the neighborhood. Our crew will take into account neighbors’ street access and convenience when parking and driving their vehicles and they are courteous and respectful.

Masterworks has the resources to assist our clients with all phases of a construction project – from the initial Design Concept through the Working Plans and Permitting Process, through the Construction phase, as well as Landscape Design and Installation. We enjoy being involved in all phases. This comprehensive approach also makes it easier for our clients - they have only one entity to go to for project accountability. It is one of the many reasons Masterworks continues to achieve such high client satisfaction.

Green Building Practices
We are certified as a “Green Professional” by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). Masterworks takes pride in implementing as many green features into the construction project as possible, such as the use of farmed timber for framing, energy efficient lighting, energy efficient windows, recycled insulation products, natural flooring products, low/no VOC paints, on-demand water heaters, resource efficient landscaping or solar panel installation. We also recycle good-condition used and surplus materials by donating them to Habitat for Humanity’s ReStore building materials retail outlet.
Home Modifications for the Maturing Homeowner
Masterworks has also achieved the designation as a “Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist” by NAHB. It can become challenging to maintain our lifestyle in the family home as we age. It may become difficult to climb the stairs to that second floor bedroom, safety while taking a bath may become an issue or maneuvering in a wheelchair may become necessary. Masterworks can translate a client’s accessibility needs into construction solutions. We can identify, recommend and create solutions that allow an older adult to continue living safely, comfortably and independently in their own home.
